Subscription Terms
How Paradoxa AI monthly and annual subscriptions are billed, renewed and canceled.

1. What you are subscribing to
A Paradoxa AI subscription gives the subscribing account access to the Paradoxa AI application for the paid period, once Stripe confirms payment and your Paradoxa AI account is connected. Paradoxa AI is in active development, and the features available are described before purchase. These terms add to the Terms of Service.
2. Billing intervals and price
- Monthly: charged once at the start, then every month on the same date.
- Annual: the full annual total is charged once at the start, then once every year.
The exact price, currency and billing frequency are shown on the pricing page next to the purchase button and again in Stripe Checkout before you pay.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. We will give advance notice of any price change before it applies to a renewal.
4. Taxes
Where tax applies, it is calculated and shown in Stripe Checkout and on your invoice.
5. Canceling
You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing page, which opens the secure Stripe Customer Portal. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made after cancellation takes effect.
5a. Switching from monthly to annual
Monthly subscribers can switch to annual billing from the account billing page. Before anything is charged, you see an itemized price from Stripe, including any credit for your current month, and the change is made only after you confirm it. The annual period starts on the day of the change, and later renewals are charged at the then-current annual price. If the payment does not go through, nothing changes and you stay on the monthly plan.
6. Refunds
The refund policy will be published here before subscriptions open. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it and your subscription may show as past due. Update your payment method from the billing page. Product access is paused while a payment is past due and restored when payment succeeds.
8. Trials and promotions
No free trials or promotional discounts are currently offered. If one is offered later, its terms will be shown before purchase.
9. Government and organizational purchases
Agencies and organizations that need a quote, purchase order, specific contract terms or a procurement process should contact us instead of buying online.
10. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Paradoxa does not receive or store full card numbers.
