1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of ParadoxaGov.com, operated by Paradoxa LLC (“Paradoxa”). By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you use the site for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
2. Information on this site
Pages describe Paradoxa’s areas of focus and the opportunities we pursue. They are not offers to contract, and they are not legal, medical, regulatory or professional advice. Service availability, qualifications, partners and pricing are confirmed only in a written agreement for a specific engagement.
3. Inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or any obligation for either party. Please do not send confidential, classified, controlled or patient information.
4. Accounts
You sign in with one-time links sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these terms.
5. Paradoxa AI
Paradoxa AI is a software product in active development. Features, interfaces and availability may change. Product screenshots on this site are illustrative concepts unless stated otherwise. Paid subscriptions are additionally governed by the Subscription Terms. Paradoxa AI is a research and organization aid; you remain responsible for your own bids, proposals, compliance decisions and submissions.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to interfere with the site’s security or operation.
- Do not use the site to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
- Do not scrape or copy the site or product in ways that violate law or these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The site, the Paradoxa name and logo, and Paradoxa AI materials belong to Paradoxa or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to use them except to use the site as intended.
8. Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and Paradoxa AI are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Paradoxa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and, for subscribers, communicated in advance where required.
