Who we are

ParadoxaGov.com is operated by Paradoxa LLC (“Paradoxa”, “we”), doing business as Paradoxa Government Solutions, based in Arizona, United States.

Information you send us through the contact form

When you submit an inquiry we receive the details you enter:

• your name and email address;
• your organization, if you provide it;
• the inquiry type, any optional details for that type, and your message.

We use this information only to read and respond to your inquiry. The website does not store inquiries in a database: each submission is delivered by our email service provider (Resend) to our business inbox, and those providers retain messages under their own policies. Please do not send patient information or protected health information, classified or controlled information, or confidential solicitation documents.

Accounts and Paradoxa AI subscriptions

If you create an account to subscribe to Paradoxa AI, we store in our database:

• your email address and when it was verified;
• one-time sign-in link records and session records (stored only as cryptographic hashes);
• your subscription status, plan interval, renewal dates and the identifier Stripe assigns to you as a customer;
• a record of your acceptance of the subscription terms, with the date and terms version.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter payment details on Stripe’s hosted pages; card numbers are never sent to or stored on ParadoxaGov.com. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.

Product access. When your subscription is confirmed, we share your account identifier, email address and subscription status with the Paradoxa AI application so it can enable your access, and we tell it when access should end.

Cookies and similar technologies

We set one essential cookie, pgov_session, only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or pixels. Fonts are served from our own site.

Security and technical logs

Our servers process your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site, limit abuse (for example, rate-limiting repeated form submissions) and keep it secure. We do not record the content of your messages in our logs. We use HTTPS, store sign-in tokens only as hashes and restrict access to account data, but no system is perfectly secure.

How long we keep information

• Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out.
• Inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records.
• Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and afterwards as needed for billing, tax and legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and subscriptions (hosting, email delivery, Stripe and the Paradoxa AI application), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or close your account, by using our contact form. Some billing records may need to be retained for legal or tax reasons.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and government organizations and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We will update this policy when our services or integrations change, and revise the “last updated” date above.
